So now that I only have one final left I thought I would slowly start packing up. It has helped me see what I need to pack for Italy as well. So the other day I rented a garage at my new apt. complex to store all of my furniture and all of my clothes while I am gone so why shouldn't I start packing some stuff to put in it?! It's sitting there empty and I'm paying for it so I might as well fill it up, right?! But as I start slowly going through what I have and thinking what I will need to use until the official moving day I get distracted because I forget about all of the crap I have and then I start playing with it or going through it. It reminds me of when I was little and my parents made my sister and I clean our bedroom and it only took 10 minutes. So our parents would come in and be so proud of us and then they would come back into our room with a broom and sweep under the bed...where we shoved everything for the past month! We would have to go through everything and it usually took us all day because we would forget what we hid under there and would get so excited when we saw that we still had a My Little Pony, or my Little Mermaid Barbie who's hair was burned off when Whittney tried to crimp it, or old Halloween candy that we didn't like! I don't think we knew that a garbage existed! Anways...that is what happens when I find things that I forget I had, I start reminiscing about it and there goes my whole idea about being proactive and getting the hard job done. I hate packing!
